I own a BSc in Chemistry from Sapienza University of Rome, an Erasmus Mundus Joint MSc in Science and Technologies for the Conservation and Restoration of CH, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Neuchatel (ITN-CHANGE Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow). I have worked in various European Institutions (e.g., The British Museum, The Rijksmuseum) and designed nanoscaled treatments for conservation. Currently, I am an Andrew W. Mellon Fellow in Conservation Science at the MFA Houston and The Menil Collection.
